Accept as experiences the particular circumstances and environment surrounding us.

Juli Lee is lives and works in Munster Germany, she has been in Japan as a first step to try to see a little bit and try to understand "Asia".

Kana Nishio lives in Tokyo, studied in Switzerland in recent years, and participated collaboration project in Hong Kong. she tried touch the mutual context.

we met each other in 2018 of spring.

Our common topics include personal circumstance, cultural context, subjective and objective, identity formation, Process of globalization, reality and unreality. We are attempt to experience cultural influences in the way of spontaneously and passive. We are doing individually that subjectively and objectively, in the exchange of each other context. We start  sharing our thinking from 2018 and establish project "How to be".

“How to” universal reinterpretation

I am trying to actively and passively reinterpret social customs and systems with the processes to be social customs. Observing subjective and objective. "How to" refers to external communication methods, but why is "How to" necessary in our life? Also, When you face difficulties in "society", "system" and "life", It makes us feel the struggle and stressful. We would try to find "comfortableness" in your way. I asked people who are various backgrounds, "How to manage your stress?" and asked about their thinking about stress. I am trying to categorize based on their commonality and universality.

There is also a strong interest in the concept of "melting pots," which refers to the mixing of various contexts to create or become one strong ideal image or a new context. I feel the connection between the universality and the Melting pot. First, I was trying to understand myself between others, for example, "tracing clothes" I race clothes which wear usually to one fabric, after what transforming abstract object in daily activities such as washing in a Washing machine and packing for travel. The actions in our daily life we usually perform universality but does the discomfort and comfort belong to the personal sphere or social and collective spheres or both?

How to manage your stress / どのようにストレスと向き合っていますか”と質問し、ストレスに対する考え方について回答してもらい、それらの共通性や普遍性をてカテゴライズ化する事を試みている。

Consider the structure and formation of the universalized case-environment-human relationship from a contemporary viewpoint. I try to develop a new recognition through artwork.

Thoughts, questions, and themes are based on experiences.

Often they are about perceptions of the environment, roles (main and supporting role ) and value. Another important matter is the interaction/movement of the viewer with work, imagines and observes how people move in the space and try to find these kinds of elements.
